XE HEMP abca# 293617 is a rough coat, black and white male who was born on August 31, 2005. Hemp is out of Grant Musgrove's Alta- Pete Megan (same mother as Maid) and Randy Dye's Dale, a son of Norm Close's Joe (2005 Canadian Champion). In 2008, at the Kentucky Bluegrass trial, Hemp and Jenny placed several times in the Ranch and Nursery classes and Hemp was voted "Most Promising Dog" by the judges. At the Thistle Dew Farm Trial he won the reseve champion nursery trophy and in ranch he scored a perfect 30 point drive and won the "Best Drive" award. In 2009, after only 4 months in Open, Hemp qualified for his first double lift at the EID trial and placed 7th. In 2011 Hemp qualified for the Double lift at the Canadian Championships and placed 7th.
